About this book

Horacio Oliveira drifts through Paris and Buenos Aires, searching for love, meaning and a form of life beyond convention. Cortázar’s revolutionary novel invites more than one order of reading, turning chapters, gaps and digressions into an open game between writer and reader. Originally written in Spanish as “Rayuela”, the work appears here in an Arabic translation by Ahmed Hassan.
